  (Review shortened to fit space) As is now common, a few supply chain issues caused delays or resulted in me making some minor changes to hardware to move things along. But I was kept up to date with voicemail and text messages from them and never had to track someone down for an update. Since I wasn't in a hurry from the start, this wasn't a concern.The installation was painless for me and very efficient. The installers covered the areas with plastic to contain any mess and everything was absolutely spotless when they were finished. They did most of the pre-assembly work on my driveway and went out of their way to prevent debris from flying around the neighborhood. They removed an old door and completely cleaned up that mess before moving to the new installation phase. They used caution tape to secure their laydown / work area before unloading the new doors from their truck. I have a neighbor who likes to "help supervise" projects like this and I believe the barrier tape and "Work Zone" signs kept him at bay. ...the 3 storm doors were all made my ******, a top notch storm door manufacturer. The installers matched my existing interior moulding / door trim so the new doors blend right in.The work was finished 6 days ago. I waited to write this in case something popped up, but it never has. I remain extremely pleased with the fit and the quality of the 3 exterior pre-hung doors I selected. And the installers were top notch professionals. I don't know how common a 20-year transferable warranty is these days, but it is a big plus in my book. While I am 100% certain I could have had three doors replaced for a lot less money, if it turns out that they continue working this well and looking this good for the next 20 years, it was well worth the money. And although it's too hard to prove, I will save a little on my future energy bills. No compensation was accepted for writing this review.

  We bought our new front door from ** Energy. They were responsive and efficient to work with throughout the process. The work was done correctly the first time and they were respectful of our property. Everything was done with professionalism. I would recommend them.

  We are very happy with our new windows. The sales and office staff were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The installers did a great job. We would definitely recommend Illinois Energy.

  We have done multiple projects with Illinois Energy and have been very happy every time. Our most recent was our homes front door. They are always on time and courteous, the value and price have never disappointed and we will definitely be using them for future projects!

  The salesman, ***************************, was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with setting everything up and helping us pick out what was right for what we needed. The windows are the right price for the quality of product and professionalism we received. They came out again before Installation to double check measurements and know exactly what had to be done. We used Illinois energy twice, and both times the group of gentlemen that did the Installation definitely exceeded our expectations. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves, taught us how to use them, friendly, and communicated their time arrival and met they time window. I would absolutely recommend Illinois energy!

  We love our new windows and doors from Illinois Energy! Great quality! The service was spot on. Friendly, prompt and very knowledgeable. Installers did great.   After my parents, my brother, and my wife's parents all used IEW for windows and siding we figured it was our turn! ******* came out when both my wife and I could be available and explained what we did and did not need. Never felt pressured or "tricked" into buying anything. We went with insulated siding as he said our issues were most likely siding related rather than windows and if we had to do only 1, he would do siding. ..... he was right! The insulated siding is amazing! Home is warmer and quieter! The basement escape windows are definitely worth the extra money. While they are a bit more expensive than others; they look nicer, insulate better, feel safer, and will likely last a LONG time by the look and feel of them.The installing team really busted their tails. Very meticulous and attentive to detail.There were only 2 or 3 very minor issues that needed correcting afterwards (fyi: there always are no matter what project it is so don't freak out when it happens!)Very responsive (you will NOT find a better warranty), IEW had one of their maintenance technicians out in less than a week who fixed everything on the spot! also, this guy is really amazing. While he was fixing the issues i noted, he asked if i had any other questions. I did - some were not even related - and he answered them anyway.Eventually we will need new windows - we will be using IEW for that too!Thanks for a great product and service.
