    I agree with the other reviewer. I'm a member of the *** at my daughter's school and have been trying to help the school resolve an issue. They purchased a laminator machine that was manufactured by this company and it broke during the 1-year warranty period. After making contact with the owner **** and sending a video and doing everything he asked them to do to attempt to fix the problem, he has disappeared and is no longer responding to emails. The part he shipped did not fix the problem and he won't send a technician to fix the problem nor replace the machine. He is not responding with any further solutions, which is really terrible customer service and a shame that this was how he deals with a public elementary school that doesn't have spare funds to just go out and buy a new machine.

    Their customer service is awful... they do not respond in a timely manner. They have refused to help with a broken piece on that was shipped to our company. I will not be using this company ever again. And I will not recommend this company to anyone.
