    While the dealership initially offered a competitive out-the-door quote, the process quickly went downhill. When I went in to finalize the purchase, the financing numbers did not add up. I discovered that approximately $2,600 had been added to the loan, and when I questioned this, I was given a vague and incorrect explanation about a 45-day payment proration. My concerns were dismissed, and I even overheard the finance manager telling the salesperson, “I’ve been doing this for 15 years—she’s not going to tell me how to do my job.” This was both unprofessional and condescending.
    A few days later, the salesperson contacted me to admit that I was correct and there had been a mistake. Despite my reservations, I decided to give the dealership another chance and returned to complete the purchase.
    After signing all paperwork and taking the vehicle home, I received a message two days later from the salesman stating there was a problem with the documents and that I needed to come back in to re-sign everything. I requested clarification and was instead asked to email the General Manager as the salesman was off. After reviewing everything I noticed the VIN number from the car I had in possession did not match the registration or paperwork. An extremely serious error.
    I did not receive a response from the General Manager. No acknowledgment. No apology. Nothing.
    With no support from management, I had to return to the dealership myself to resolve the issue.
    This experience showed a complete lack of customer service, accountability, and care after the sale was completed. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Hawk Mazda. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to others.
