1 starCalled Aleck Plumbing to ask about pricing. I was given a quote for the repair I needed done. I called back 30 minutes later, after providing my personal address and scheduling an appointment, I was given a completely different quote. Aleck Plumbing lack honest and professionalism. I will not used the Service.

We're sorry for the misunderstanding, however the service was not quoted at a different price, the only difference was the communication of a call out fee. That said, our call out fee is applied to the cost of any service or repair, it is not charged in addition to the service or repair. Essentially the only time a call out fee is collected is if we were to show up and not perform any work. Our customer service representative attempted to explain this to you when you called back but was unable to communicate this so for that we do sincerely apologize.Review fromJoe C

5 starsI can't give them anything less than a 5 star . They were GREAT!!!! I would give them a 10 if I could. If you have a plumbing problem call ALECK. They are the best!!!! They will tell you What is wrong and how much it will cost ( it may be less when they finish) before hand. They are fast & efficient.Review fromGisele C

5 starsI have used Aleck several times over the last 20 years, referred them to others, and I have never had or heard of a complaint. This is the way that companies are supposed to operate.Very professional, personable, honest, efficient. 5 starsTwo years ago, when I had sewer line water backup into the house Aleck Plumbing sent *********************** to determine and address the cause.**** did just that and went out of his way to explain that regular maintenance sewer line rodding would prevent future problems with water backup and facilitate drainage throughout our entire house. He rodded and pulled out a so many tree roots, they filled a 33 gallon contractor's bag. As he advised I followed up two years later and requested **** to again do the sewer line rodding. For the second time, he rodded out so many tree roots that had worked into the line but this time it only filled half a bag. And this time the rodding prevented the water backing up into the house. He also pointed out some other basement pipes that lead into the sewer line that were leaking and needed to be replaced. **** replaced them and now the basement drains the way it should with no leaks. I am very pleased with the workmanship. **** as always was courteous, professional, and most importantly to me - just kind and thoughtful. Aleck Plumbing you have great employee and a repeat customer! I will definitely be calling you for any future service needs I may have. Thanks so much!
