    Contractor charged for services never done and will not reimburse money. They also installed a floor that was not level and to building code and will not reimburse . They installed doors backwards and will not fix or pay to have it corrected. I have since hired another contractor to fix all the issues. I have photos , video and copies of contract and email showing amount due as a credit but he is not paying back. I was also charged $3750 for a garage door that he does not have a permit to install and cant be installed because of height area in garage per the village is not to code
