    Submitted a rebate in Oct 2024. Checked status and said check was in the mail.Never received the rebate. Called the number on the form in February. They sent a check but the check had already expired and was voided. They never planned to honor the rebate.

    After careful consideration I decided to rebuild my vehicles brakes with Powerstops full drum rebuild kit. I was surprised at my initial unboxing that there were no instructions or schematics on assembly, but did recognize that was not explicitly noted as provided. I figured this was no big deal though, as their marketing slants heavily toward empowering DIYers and mentions several times there is an installations assistance line that can be utilized as needed. I reached out to technical support and did my best to stay friendly and positive, but was met with a rude employee who repeatedly argued that they could not assist. The only thing they could do was see the stock image of the product I purchased - they had no other ability to advise on installations, despite telling me in the same call that their job is to assist with installations. Ultimately my question was answered from *******, but I felt like the support team was falsely advertised. I was also told the support team is only comprised of 2 people not much of a team. As my build continued I found integral parts clearly missing. I was provided with parts for one side but not the other, clearly by accident. Standard expected parts on a rebuild, that I did receive half of. I reached out to customer service (was friendly again), and found myself talking to someone with no product knowledge who was working from the basic stock image again. Despite trying to explain, I was simply redirected to tech ************ support fully understood the piece I was missing this time, but argued (based on the stock image) that it is not a piece included in the kit for either side - yet, I received one side and not the other. I tried to explain the stock image used for my product does not show all the pieces I received, and even shows disc brakes when mine are drums. I was advised to email and open a ********* this time, I am doubtful my ticket is answered. Very misleading and frustrating experience.
