I'm a condo owner in one of the buildings that *** manages. Over the past 7 years, they have demonstrated gross incompetence, especially with regards to finances. ****** *** leads all condo meetings, and is rude, combative, and dodgy. He seldom answers straightforward questions with straightforward answers, and has on multiple occasions yelled at condo owners who raise complaints. During their watch, they have mismanaged thousands of dollars, running a deficit of nearly $30K which we must make up. We're on our 3rd special assessment in as many years.Beyond that, they don't even offer an online portal for paying HOA fees, which I strongly suspect is in their best interest so they can collect late fees.Terrible company.

It is unfortunate that Mr. ********* is unsettled by the operations of the Association. Mr. ********* is an investor owner of a condominium association in *****************, *******. The building is approximately 100 years old, an old courtyard building. The Association is lead by the Board of Directors, a group of owner volunteers and Fox Management Group as their managing agent. The Board of Directors makes all decisions, that is not the role of the managing agent. Over the past several years, the Board of Directors has needed to make difficult decisions regarding infrastructure repairs and maintenance, combined with the increasing insurance costs. The Board of Directors voted/adopted 2 special assessments, not 3 as Mr. ********* claims. The first to cover the escalated costs for insurance premiums, the 2nd to provide funds for infrastructure repairs and maintenance. Mr. ********** claims regarding assessment collections, is simply stated just wrong. Fox Management Group does not benefit from late fees assessed. The late fee policy was adopted by the Board of Directors and is included the Associations ******************** Any fees collected are the Associations and deposited into their account accordingly. It would be helpful for Mr. ********* to attend Board meetings and stay well informed.
