He upsold me on using a particular ****************** he could inspect from the stone yard, claiming it would be beautiful. However, the stone installed was visibly damaged and used, likely leftover from previous jobs, not new stone as promised. When confronted, **** became angry and defensive, insisting he would fix the issue, but never following through. He has since ignored multiple requests to demolish and refund the $8300 patio due to the poor workmanship and fraudulent stone quality. My goal was to resolve this issue reasonably based on his noncompliance with our agreement, but he is not willing to accept responsibility for substandard work or false claims.
