    On 4/04/25 at 7:05pm I made an order for a deep dish small cheese pizza. I ended up biting into a piece of meat. I am a vegetarian. This made me really ill.I called the **** ellyn location (online it says they were still open) they did not answer. I called twice. I then called ********* to ask for a number to corporate. I called that number on Friday evening at 9:44pm. I understand they were closed so I left a voicemail and I never heard back.I called the location where I ordered the food again on 4/05 at 12:30pm. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me I would receive my refund in 2 days.I still did not receive my refund so I called corporate again on the 7th and no answer once again.On the 9th I called the location again and the woman I spoke to told me she could not figure it out in the moment but she would call me back if she had any issues. I never received a call back nor have I received my refund.Giordanos has been disrespectful of my time and my money. Yes I only spent $37.62 this time, (but I have spent a total over $150.00 at Giordanos within the past 6 months) but it's absurd I have spoken to 4 employees at ************** with no resolution. Corporate won't answer their phone or return calls.And the worst was putting meat in my pizza and making me physically sick. This is *************** the past, this location has dropped my pizza that I ordered for my birthday, delivered it smashed, and had an attitude when I called to tell them about it. Another time I placed an online order, called within two minutes and asked for it to be canceled. I was told I would get a refund. I had to jump through hoops for this. And again, received attitude when I have done nothing wrong.The way the employees treat their customers with their negative attitude when they are the ones who have made these mistakes is so distasteful. And the fact no one wants to help me and be careless about my money when this literally caused me to vomit, is disgusting.
