      this review is very early on as my project the front porch and back patio were just completed last week it is beautifull i was quoted for stitches in my concrete but when they arrived they said they were not needed but said that i was not charged for stiches ( from looking at my contract it does appear that i received a discount on the repair stitches but was still charged ****** }after i was originally told i needed them my only concern is that it might crack in the future there was no decrease in the quoted price without the stiches in concrete only time will tell it looks beautiful but if i cracks in the future i did want to document something, about them telling me on the oeiginal consult that i needed 10 stiches between front and back porch,the workers were very polite, i will update if any cracking

      From beginning to end, this was a fantastic experience. Michael Gleasner, visited my home and gave me the estimate. I found the price to be reasonable and fair considering the lifetime warranty and durability of the material. Mike was always responsive to my calls and text messages with a friendly and personable demeanor. The installers who came out were also kind and competent and represented the company with integrity and professionalism. They showed up on time and the job was complete with no issues in less than six hours. I am happy to highly recommend Michael and his team at Ninja Coatings to anyone who wants a high quality floor installation in or around their home.

      Had our garage and patio coated. They did a wonderful job. Very efficient! We get so many compliments on how nice it looks. I like it because of the looks and how easy it is to clean. We are so glad we had Ninja do our job. I highly recommend them.

      The representative was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. He measured and gave us an estimate during the visit. We even had an opportunity to choose the color block we preferred. All completed in 1 visit!

      The Ninja *** showed on time and knowledgeable. He explained the process in great detail and answered all our questions. We agreed on a price and they were able to schedule the job 2 days later. The crew arrived on time at 7:30 and completed the carport and front entrance floor by 1:30. The crew was polite and came with everything they needed. WOW the floors are gorgeous!! WE ARE VERY HAPPY ??!!!The price was reasonable. The work results were excellent. They started and finished on schedule. We highly recommend Ninja.

      Responsive, customer service oriented and prompt handling related to inspection and proposed contract of services. Job being completed 10/8/25, a follow up review will be conducted at that time. Based on current interaction with this company, we would refer Ninja Concrete Coatings to our friends and family.

      I cant be more pleased! My floor looks great. The installers were professional, on time, and did what they were expected to do. Several of my neighbors are now very jealous!
