      My balance with the company was $2100 for cement work done!I withheld $600 because the work in my opinion was not completed nor did they have enough material for what I had paid for! The real problem is that I wrote a check for $1500 and they electronically took my information from my check without my permission and charged me the $2100! I believe that is fraudulent on the part of this company to do that without my permission or to even call me to discuss!

      I am rejecting this response because: they electronically withdrew from my bank a different amount that I wrote on my  check! I disputed it with bank!

      I received the money back but they withdrew it again without my permission

      The total on the job was $3,500 you paid $1,400 down payment the outstanding balance still on this job is $2,100. We do not have anything on file with our service team on what is wrong with the floor. Did you reach out? The balance still needs to be paid.
