      Hey guys….the product is beautiful. The concept of 24 hours for product start to finish is not beautiful. Western NY weather is fickle. Initial install seemed smooth, however, we had a hiccup with finished product. This is where things fall apart. I get it’s a busy time - but For God's sake ANSWER THE PHONE!….if I leave voicemails, please acknowledge it. Cody, our salesman made the whole process sound downright “magical”…unfortunately the follow up on repair and updates is sorely lacking. The finished patio is absolutely gorgeous - the road to get there was totally frustrating.
