    I have 2 ***** waverunners at Jet Funn that I took for evaluation, due to them running poorly. ***** (the owner) told me that they both probably need a new engine. I told him that I will just pick them up, because I will do the repairs myself. Since Feb 14, 2024 I have been calling and texting ***** asking him to please have them ready for pickup. Every time I talk to him, he tells me next week. Or they'll be ready in 2 weeks. He has been telling me that he can't find his paperwork so he doesn't know how much money I owe him for previous repairs. I just want my property returned to me. He has no right to hold my property because of the fact that he does not have his paperwork organized. I am fully willing to pay what I owe him. At this point I really am not sure if they are gone or if they've been stolen or if there was a car accident while he was moving them and they were destroyed. He keeps saying I need to find the paperwork, but I'm not sure why that takes 10 ********* noted below, I paid him approximately $900 as a deposit for previous repairs and he was to find his invoices and let me know what the remaining balance was. That still hasn't happened since February of 2024.

    Went to rent a boat and during the final inspection they told us we were fine and could head to the office. 5 Min later they called us back to the pier and reveled a damaged Propeller for which they charged us and said it was repairable. When we debarked the boat i looked at the Prop and it was in the same condition as when we left the dock. While walking to the office that gave them enough time to swap out the Propeller and put a damaged one on the boat. The cost of renting the Deck boat is approx. $365./4 hrs . The final amount that we were charged to our credit card was $717.60. We were told the final amount that was going to be charged was $525.00
