    We have been taking our vehicle to this business and we received quality work for eight months. I went to have a engine light checked out with them. They agreed what the problem was the issue to be fixed. I sent my wife to the mechanic and he then said to. He order the part that he did not have and changed he changed a hose that did not need to be changed to see if that fixed the problem, and he charged us. That still did not fix the problem. He said he was going to do one thing but instead he did another. I reached out to the business and the mechanic stated that he was just trying something out and he knew that time was a factor. He did something else because it was my wife he was dealing with. When I showed up today to get my money back they called the police stating I was a trespasser, I was just a unsatisfied customer. I would like my vehicle repaired.

    Mr. ******'s wife brought their van in for a check engine light.  The code stated the oxygen sensor was faulty.  Our service manager gave her a quoted price to replace the sensor, parts and labor.  She didn't want to spend that much.  The service manager noticed damaged wiring and hoses attached to the sensor.  He told her he could replace those with shop supplies on hand and only charge for the labor.  He explained that may or may not fix the Check Engine Light.  Mrs. ****** agreed and said she would bring the vehicle back if the light returned.  Mr. ****** called me the next day, very upset that we had charged her and did not fixed the problem.  I mistakenly addressed him without using Sir and he became irate.  Demanding his money be returned.  When he arrived at our facility to pick up his refund he continued to be aggressive.  At that point, with concern of our safety, I called the police.  With the police present, Mr. ****** refused to take the refund from me, stating that I would accuse him of sexual assault. 

    I have never met Mr. ******, nor accused anyone of assault in the past.  

    The office took the refund from me and handed it to Mr. ******.  We all agreed that he would not return to our facility.  

    We are a small business in a small town.  As well as female owned and operated. We take pride in our customer service with 95% of our business being repeat customers.  I am disappointed that this situation turned out as badly as it did.
