    This company is a SCAM.First time Ive done a HVAC duct cleaning so I was ignorant about the process. I have a down flow system, and my basic research concluded I need a deep cleaning with a High-Powered Vacuum System. Contacted this company, negotiated the price, setup an appointment and they performed the cleaning. A couple of days later, I started doing research about the whole process and the tools they used, as I had a nagging feeling that something was off about the service provided. I found multiple sources detailing the steps involved in a deep cleaning and then I realized what a fool I have been.Heres what this company DID NOT DO:1. Did NOT use a high-powered vacuum system.Asked for a negative pressure, High-Powered Vacuum System; the techs only used a portable system (RIGID aspirator) with a rotary brush. The other portable machine they brought was a commercial sized air purifier.2. NO vacuum hose inserted into the duct, NO sealing of registers, so there was NO negative pressure.3. ***** had NO company name on the shirts, NO name badge, NO shoe covers; car had NO markings. 4. NO cleaning of: blower compartment, evaporator coil, blower motor or the vent covers. 5. NO photos of before and after were provided.They arrived late and it took them about 1.5 hours to do the cleaning and then, more than 30 mins to accept my ** payment, for which I was charged a fee $30. So in total I paid $480 for a basic cleaning (which in my area is about $300). Of course, when I made the appointment I asked about paying with a ** and if there is a fee, and I was told they accept **s and there is no fee. (Since the ** fee has become the norm, asking about it is part of my list of questions.) They use multiple fake business names, websites and addresses. The one on the invoice is different than the one on the receipt.This is a FAKE company.
