    I ordered quantity 3 of MRM Veggie Protein with super food on order *********. When I tried the product the first 2 containers had a bad smell and taste, the product was spoiled even though the expiration date is 6/2026. I tried to work with customer service for a resolution and after having sent **** photos as requested the business has not responded. I would like to be credited to my original form of payment.

    We had not received our packages from iherb as they were sent to the wrong address. Iherb kept dragging us in circles about how they were going to handle this delivery. They kept saying, wait 48 hours and again wait 48 hours. We don't understand why. Also we don't understand why they don't contact the shipping company to find out where and why our packages were delivered to the wrong house. This has been a horrible experience with iherb. Before whenever there was a discrepancy the matter was solved very swiftly but now, no. Do they expect us to believe that they can not contact the logistics company to get more information and then relay that to us? Why is this matter taking so long? All we wanted was for our items to be delivered to us.
