      Should be shut down for false advertising and not delivering speeds you pay for. Add customer service that might be the worst I’ve encountered in my life. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. It’s like *** broadband from 2010 in mchenry county Illinois.

      The absolute worst customer service. Before agreeing to this service, I read reviews on BBB and mentioned them to our salesperson. We were ensured their customer service and tech support would be supportive. TOTAL FAIL. The broadband was installed, and 2 hours later we had no internet. This was on a Friday afternoon. After spending 90 minutes with tech support we were told a service call was placed and we could expect a tech person at our home on Saturday. After we initiated 2 calls on Saturday, the first call we were informed there was no ticket from Friday. After the second call, we were told they do not work on the weekends! Each call on Saturday was 45 minutes - and for the 3 calls we were told it was our router, it was not! We told them we were canceling and going back to S*******, which had us up and running in no time! Saturday afternoon I3 decided to come to our residence, but it was too late. I would not recommend this service to anyone. This morning I called I3 to ensure they knew we were canceled and to not bill us at the end of the month. On hold for 35 minutes and never spoke to an agent. We have decided we will call our credit card if they do bill, and file a dispute.

      We contracted I3 broadband to supply us with internet and cable late July 2024. We had made a significant amount of effort for them to flag our property for no digging unless we were involved as we have a fair amount of irrigation equipment in the path they would take to bury their cable. The fiber was run on top of the ground and we canceled our service with our previous supplier. Again we had numerous notes added to our account that asked that no excavation took place without our input as we know where the system is located. We left our home on a Sunday afternoon and returned that evening. In that four hour window I3 ‘s contractor had buried the cable. They cut the sprinkler control wires in numerous locations. We immediately notified I3. They had the contractor call us. He apologized for the mistake said he did not read the notes on the account. He offered to pay for the damage and suggested I contact my sprinkler contractor. We had our sprinkler contractor repair the damage and paid an invoice for $391.00. The contractor is now not returning my calls to arrange payment. I have no way to collect from this contractor and I3 will not call me. At best this is a case where I3 should stand behind the people they send to dig on your property. So far they have not made us whole. Beware.

      I cannot complain about service or support desk but....when we got service we were told our monthly rate would not increase as long as we had service. Well, it has been 18 months and we just got an increase. Billing told me they did not foresee a cost increase but it is now needed and since they do not use service contracts I basically don't have any recourse. I now know i3 will not stand behind their word.

      To Hayden Gerdts: Stop coming to my door at 8pm, and stop leaving your UNPOSTED flyers in and on my mailbox. This company and its associates are a menace and I would sooner let Comcast overcharged and overdraft me on service before I would ever entertain the notion of having you as an internet/broadband provider. All the worst to you in this holiday season.

      Terrible company…without notice or permission they will come onto your private property and destroy everything in their way…no fencing or any type of restriction to multiple OPEN holes( 4 on my property alone). They sub out to non English speaking contractors that berate you in Spanish if you dear ask any questions. Beware of i3…they are no different from locust…come out of nowhere, destroy everything and leave a wake of destroyed property…the only difference is the locust are normally quick, i3 is not.

      Neighbor accidentally cut my fiber line mowing their yard while I was at work since the main terminal box is in front of the neighbors house and the line hasn't been dug yet for almost 4 weeks. Called and spoke to their customer support and they stated there are 20 techs in the field and someone would be by later today to remediate the issue. 2 hours gone by and I called again and customer service rep says all techs are off and no one will be out til later tomorrow evening. They also stated they do not have an on call service tech for after hour emergencies. I work as a network engineer and work from home most of the time except today. Imagine coming home to your internet being cut, no internet at all, 3 change controls that are taking place (healthcare field and these are patient facing change controls) in about an hour that you have to be present for via computer and can't use a mobile hotspot over VPN (unreliable connection). I'm shook.

      Digs up my lawn to lay their lines and after months of promising to repair a 20 foot by 3 foot muddy mess they have ignored me! They cut water line and exciting cable digging to lay their cable. Their word means nothing on correcting this, how will it be if you need serving help. Not trustworthy at all !
