1 starThe pre-purchase inspection the provided for my car was worthless. They failed to note that parts were actually missing (had been removed), that the abs light was on (and sensor had been removed, the traction control would not work, and the ac would not work (compressor had been removed). I have thus far spent over $3,000 to fix things they failed to note were wrong with the car. The undercarriage of the car is full of rust, which they also failed to note. They initially offered me a refund of what I paid for the inspection (though that is only an insignificant fraction of the damages I have incurred) but they have since ignored my attempts to contact them and apparently retracted that offer. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they falsely blamed me for not using the report properly, even though my local mechanic also reviewed their report and confirmed it is a joke.

We are very sorry you feel this way. Our inspectors take pride in every inspection they perform and thousands of customers are very happy with the result. Our inspection reports are very detailed and contain the current condition of the vehicle as the inspection is being done. We can not foresee problems that do not exist at the time of the inspection. We did refund the entire price for the inspection before you wrote this review so not sure why you are saying we "retracted that offer". Again, we are very sorry you are not happy with your result. We cannot please everyone but we certainly try.
