    My apartment caught fire on December 22 in *************** on ********* my keys were in the apartment that no one could enter because it had burned down and condemned. I had my vehicle in the parking lot ant the end of the complex were I had to leave it do to not having any keys to move it . I had gone back to get it towed to find out that J&S towing had towed it . The terraces nor J&S had emailed me like started in our lease agreement when I had called to see what was going on they said I owe for the *** even though I had no keys to move it just had a fire that took everything I ever owned . Now I cant even get ahold of the company . I was told they moved to a different city. I have been trying for month to get ahold of them . So now im out a car and all of my belongings . I hope they get caught they were working under expired licenses. As if I didn't have enough to deal with.

    Thieves and scammers this bunch, they towed my vehicle from my apartment complex without warning after doing a sticker check on my registration, which was up to date, and I had proof. My registration sticker had been stolen off my vehicle and a thorough plate check would've proven it. But instead they towed my vehicle requiring me to walk two miles, then strong armed me into signing a receipt to pay for the release of the vehicle refusing to let me into my vehicle until I paid. Because I had the up-to-date registration papers in my vehicle. If you support this business, you support slimy strong arm tactics and incompetence. Has any DECENT tow service, would thorough in their methods because they'd know how damaging it can be to a persons livelihood to suddenly not have a vehicle for work and other daily essentials.
