    I bought a set of 22 inch rims and tires from RNR 5/29/25. They had the rims but I had to wait a day for them to get the tires. With that they called me and told me they were ready to be placed on my vehicle. I paid almost $400 upfront for the first month payment. Being excited for having rims on my vehicle I got to apply tire shine to the tires. (This is literally 2-5 minutes after leaving RNR) as spraying my tires I see a deep scratch on one of the rims as if someone had recently dropped it. Mind you these were brand new wheels and tires fresh out the box. I go back to RNR talked to the manager “*****” he takes pictures and tells me he’ll contact insurance and see what they say. That was may 29th as of June 16th still nothing so I took the initiative & called him he says “I haven’t called them yet but I’ll call them today” I ask what’s the potential outcomes? he says “they could either refund a payment or do nothing” after spending what’s going to be roughly $4,000 for damaged goods while be treated by staff as if it’s not a big deal is a very hard pill to swallow. I want the contract to be voided and keep the rims

    I am sorry about your recent experience and we take your concern with high regards. We can definitely replace that wheel with no problem. I have verified that it is available and have taken upon to go ahead and order the replacement wheel for your vehicle. The wheel will be coming out of California so it will take about 5-7 business days for shipping to arrive in Decatur and then we can install. We will also credit your account a months payment for the timeframe it took for resolution. We hope that this satisfies your concerns and we look forward to keeping your business.      I am rejecting this response because:


    So the car that I had the wheels on the engine locked up on it. With that said I have a different vehicle could just give those rims and tires back and exchange them for wheels that fit my new vehicle which I already have tires for? I checked the website and found a set that I like already. Thank you for the empathetic & courtesy response.
