January 26, 2023 my mother and I brought her vehicle to this business and paid $2800.00 to **** the head Machanic/owner to change the engine in her 2008 Saab 97x. The mechanic kept the vehicle for a month without giving us a loaner vehicle. He communicated very little to no communication and was very rudely speaking when he did communicate and he always rushed the conversation. The engine he put in was no good, we brought it to **** around February while under warranty. He kept it over a month and was still rude and disrespectful and gave it to us in worst condition as before when we first brought it. That engine was bad and there were parts that werent connected back as well as parts that were broke that werent originally when we first brought it to him and car broke down. We brought it back a 3rd time in May under warranty. **** has now had it over a month. When we called today 6/19/23 he had my moms number blocked, so I called from my phone and let my mom asked if he had a loner and he disrespectfully told my mom buy another vehicle. Then when I asked him he stated itll be ready tomorrow. Its still under warranty and he will need to give us a new warranty and I dont think hes going to have it fixed properly. Hes costing us more money and were without transportation. Weve been out of even more money having to pay over $300 to get it towed back to him. He didnt come get the vehicle after he had a bad engine in it. We need the vehicle fixed properly.
