    I found this company online that offered location service for vending machines. I setup an appointment for 1:30pm. I received a call from employee/staff member # 1 ***** *****. The moment we started to talk over the phone she has a condescending tone with me. I would ask her questions, and she would respond sarcastically. She is in customer service she should be more professional when interacting with customers.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this ********** Mark **** of 310 Vending ************ scheduled a complimentary consultation with our company to inquire about our Vending ************************* During the scheduled call, I, ***** ****** initiated contact to conduct a standard consultation designed to assess whether our services would be an appropriate fit based on the vendors needs and business structure.From the onset of the call, Mr. **** expressed skepticism toward **************** in general and acknowledged his own tone was less than professional. Throughout the consultation, he exhibited a sarcastic and uncooperative demeanor. When asked standard screening questions such as whether his business was structured as a legal entity Mr. **** responded dismissively, stating, Of course I have an LLC, Im an accountant, and laughed at the nature of the question. I explained that we work with a wide range of vendors, including sole proprietors, and that such questions are part of our routine process to determine which service package is appropriate.Despite his tone, I maintained professionalism and completed the consultation, answering all of Mr. ***** questions. However, based on the nature of our interaction marked by persistent sarcasm and lack of cooperation it was determined that moving forward with services for Mr. **** would not be in the best interest of our company. I politely communicated to him that we did not believe our services would be a good fit and declined to proceed further. Mr. **** then abruptly ended the call with a rude remark and hung up.Approximately six hours later, after business hours, I received a phone call from an individual named ***** ****** who was calling from a phone number registered to an ******** ****** This individual requested information and paperwork related to the very services we had just declined to Mr. ***** This unexpected after-hours communication was perceived as an attempt to bypass our refusal of service and created further concern.We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity we believe may be problematic, uncooperative, or otherwise not aligned with the values and expectations of our company. Our goal is to maintain a respectful, efficient, and mutually beneficial business relationship with all clients. Unfortunately, based on our interaction with Mr. ***** we concluded that our services were not a suitable match.We respectfully request that this matter be closed, as we exercised our discretion appropriately and in accordance with our companys service policies.Sincerely,***** *****

    AMD Vending provides location services, but unfortunately ethics of ***** ***** are very unprofessional when it comes to understanding the needs. If client request does not fit the requirements the company refuses to refund, misleads and misrepresents information overall and number of people experienced the malpractice overall. This is not a company in vending business that can you to expand your business and the fees do not represent the quality of service. ******** reviews and other reviews of victims are a representation of malpractice.
