    My property was Damaged while in there care of me paying them to keep it safe and well kept so I lost out more then anything furniture clothes appliances etc and I was forced to pay a insurance coverage that didnt cover any damages done to my property and I want to be reimbursed for all of my property

    We have been in contact with Ms. ********** We will dispose of her abandoned belongings and waive the balance on her account when she signs and Abandonment Agreement which has been sent to her.

    We have unsuccessfully attempted to reach an accommodation with Ms. ********** despite several attempts at outreach from us. Section 7 of the lease agreement which Ms. ********* signed covers the issues in her complaint. Metro is not a warehouseman engaged in the business of storing goods for hire The Lessor exercises neither care, custody, nor control over the Lessee's stored property. Lessor shall not be liable for loss damages or injury caused by any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to theft,water, fire, mysterious disappearance, mold, mildew, vandalism, smoke, flood,hurricanes, rain, tornadoes, explosions, rodents, insects, birds or other animals
    We understand her frustration, and will waive her outstanding rent, which continues to accrue, as well as pay for the disposal of her goods, when she signs the abandonment agreement which was already sent to her.
