    On October 15, 2022, I paid for a two day virtual course with AGB Institute in the amount of $60.I was supposed to receive an email regarding the class one business day before the class, which was scheduled for October 31st and November 1st. That email was never sent. Nevertheless, I logged in to my account in the morning of Monday October 31st, hoping to still be able to attend class.The class was apparently cancelled as I found no record of my purchased course, although I was clearly able to see pending classes for a least 3 days post payment transaction. Therefore, something awry happened between October 18th and October 31st. I was disappointed to not be able to take the class, especially as I was already anxious about the possibility of cancellation. But I'm downright appalled at the possibility that this is a scam. I have been unsuccessful in contacting customer service by email or phone. No one answers the phone and it's been over 48 hours since I submitted an email for a refund. I want my money back immediately. I'm assuming AGB Institute is affiliated with or the same as ************************** since they have the same address. I also called them at ************, to no avail. Supposedly, in their refund policy statement, a full refund will be sent in the event of cancellation, however I have not seen it yet and without a response from customer service to confirm, I will not wait and assume. If the refund is received before this complaint is acknowledged, I will adjust my comment, but not until then because I have zero confidence is this company right now.
