    I placed an order to be sent (an anniversary present) to my son and daughter-in-law. According to Paper Source, I did not include a street name but a street number, so to fill the order they said they delivered to an address with the street number on it and took a picture of the package sitting under a door with the street number. There was no request by phone or email, both of which they had, to clarify the street name if they did not have it. It is actually the worst excuse I have ever heard for mis-delivering a product, but when I requested a refund after they said they wouldnt re-deliver it, they refused. All I get out of it is a picture of what (I believe) is a random door with a package underneath it with the same street number as my sons.

    Order ****** i placed an order for some extremely hard to find stickers in april. I purchased about 6 to 8 packs since this item is discontinued by american crafts. Upon using it i found the adhesive on one pack was gone i called in and they gave me a 10 percent adjustment - silly me i didnt check the other packages - i used another pack on tuesday and it doesnt even stick - why i am escalating this is because the product is not usable

    Hello.On Monday, 12/19/2022, I purchased $79 worth of Christmas gift wrap supplies with the expectation (documentation attached) that it would arrive by 12/24 a the latest. I paid for 3 day shipping, which (as the documentation states) would "arrive in 3 days"On Wednesday 12/21/2022 I received an e-mail stating that my items have been shipped and that I would receive it after ************************** has been of no help without any managers on the line or anyone to remotely even assist. They claimed I purchased ground shipping, but I paid for and my receipt shows that I chose expedited shipping to ensure arrival by 12/24.I would like:1. A refund of my shipping fees. 2. A price adjustment on my purchased Christmas items, since they would be on clearance when I receive them, seeing as it's after Christmas and things go on sale after the holidays. Paper Source order No. ********* I've attached a receipt showing my purchase amount and the extra charge for Shipping.I've also attached screenshots of their website stating that I would receive the items in 3 days

    Paper Source is intentionally misleading customers with its personalized product forms so much so that issues with personalization is the first option in its phone tree! (And a quick perusal of consumer messaging boards shows as much.) For my order, I chose a personalized address stamp as a gift that showed the model with two first names separated by an ampersand. The fillable form prompts customers to enter NAME 1 and NAME 2. Obviously, names do not include an ampersand, so I didnt enter one. Also note that the same clearly indicates that the model is intended for two first names because the form doesnt prompt you for a first and last name, or just ask to fill in separate lines. The stamp arrived without ampersand. I reached out to CS and they told me Id need to place a new order (paying the same price) for a fixed stamp. They point to minuscule small print that isnt visible without scrolling down past the fillable form that says, in the very last sentence, that the ampersand is not included.I find it very telling that Paper Source would not even attempt to address the issue on a go-forward basis by fixing the fillable form, much less refunded my purchase for a defective order. From my experience with CS and the message boards that I perused afterwards, it seems clear that they are intentionally misleading customers in order to boost their personalized product sales through reorders. (As an attorney, I wouldnt be surprised if they get sued in a class action at some point.)
