    Dear Sir/ Madam I' am *aking a CNA class now a* nirvana institute loca*ed on a wes* campus a* Madison ******* **. When i reques* for my 2 refunds a school refuse giving *o me. I have been discrimina*ed, disrespec* and *aking advan*age on me, fooling me. I am no* comfor*able anymore, i* 's affec*ing my men*al heal*h *ha* s why i decided *oday no* going anymore in *ha* school. This is my second *ime for coming *ake a CNA courses in *ha* school. A firs* *ime I come, before I make a paymen* I *old *hem *o explain every*hing slowly and clearly before i make my paymen* bu* I never been *old abou* paymen* plans. They made me paid in full a same day, which was $1600.00 plus a fee of CPR wich was $50 i never *ake *ha* course and never been refunded. I paid for a background check *oo.. When Covid 19 s*ar*ed I was obliged *o drop i* on a 3rd week of program. When I came back on July, 28*h 2023, *hey made me paid in full again $1600.00. I heard *he res* of s*uden* saying *ha*: when you make a paymen* plan you can leave any*ime when you don'* wan* *o con*inue a course anymore and *hey will never charge you: when I heard *ha* i was so chocked. When I go home, I checked all my old documen*s and found *ha* effec*ively i paid in full and never finish all my courses because of Covid 19, and a school kep* my money and never refund me, nor use *ha* credi* for my recen* *ui*ion and made me pay a full *ui*ion again. On Monday, Augus* 14*h 2023, when i wen* *o a office *o complain abou* i*, *hey *old me now, same *hing *he res* of s*uden* was *elling me before: , and *hey canno* use *ha* for credi* and i canno* ge* my refund.. When I ask *o speak. wi*h a supervisor, *hey *old me *ha*, *hey will give my number *o a coordina*or *o call me. When I did no* hear from her, I sen* a email *o a school, 5 minu*es la*er, she called yelling a* me saying *ha* *hey will never use *ha* for credi* and i will no* ge* a refund and I can go complain anywhere I wan* or *ake a lawyer and i* will never change any*hing. She hur* so much my feelings. When I was complaining in a office, *hey was saying *ha* *hey did no* unders*and wha* I was saying, bu* when I was making my full *wo paymen*s *hey never said *ha* *hey can * unders*and wha* I was saying. They don * know how hard I worked *o ge* *hose money. Life is no* easy for me. Please Better Business Bureau, I need your help *o resolve *his ma**er and *hanks in advance, I really apprecia*e i*.

    This correspondence is in regards to complaint ID ********. Thank you for submitting ****** Diabbou ******** complaint and although our notification from the BBB states that this complaint has now been closed, this is our first notification regarding this matter.
    Here at Nirvana Institute ***** we offer accelerated and fast pace courses. Additionally, we work very hard to make sure all students, much like ****************, fully understand our policies and procedures PRIOR to the starting of our programs. 
    On numerous occasions our staff attempted to explain to ***************** our polices. This student failed to understand that our policies and procedures are in place for the protection of our company. *****************, took our classes twice. 
    Nirvana Institute ***** administers grades on a weekly basis (Thursday) so that the student can always be aware of their grades/status at all times. After a few weeks of attending our classes, ***************** learned that she was not passing the course. During orientation the students are made aware and they sign documents that states they must successfully pass the course with an 82% or above to be deemed successful and receive a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification. Unfortunately, ***************** was only at 65%. After the student learned of her grades she requested a refund. Unfortunately, we explained to the student that you cannot take a class, find out that you're failing the class and later request a refund. ***************** was well beyond the refund window. Again, this was ***************** second attempt to take the *** Course and both attempts she was not successful at achieving the 82%. Furthermore, the student was never released from the class, the student herself decided to stop coming to the class. We do apologize that ***************** feels slighted, however, we do not offer free classes.

    I am rejecting this response, why all those lie? that s have nothing to do with my score. That s 100 percent not true. I have nothing to gain by lying, my parents gave me a very good education. I am a mature, honest and I believe  in God. I will not gain nothing by lying and i believe also in Karma. If I was a dishonest person, I will never be a US citizen. It s almost 20 years I am in ***, i never get a bad record and still have a very good background. I always have a very good reputation and I am proud of that. I understand now why it took you so long to answer this complaint, because you guys was looking a way, how you can fabricate a lie, so that better Business bureau can trust you.
