      I applied for mortgage with a company that lead me to believe they were able to assist in getting a home is had chosen. It started in October and still come January they just basically ghost me. After making a payment of $875 plus ******* money towards a home I wanted $500 (luckily thats all I put up). Myself, my realtor and the seller of my property reach out numerous times throughout the process and it was hard to get a response from them. It would take days sometimes weeks to get a response and we were told everything was looking good. The company never has the courtesy to tell me that I may need to get a different home or anything. I ended up losing money, time and the home I wanted because of their lack of communication and false assumptions that they could get me closed on the home. They also had me to pay upfront fees that usually is paid at closing as I stated before of $875. And had me run things thru my credit due to they claim i needed to refinance my car. But new lender said i didn't and all i needed was to negotiate price. We went though the entire process of the loan up to them eventually provide a closing date after blowing up emails and phone calls only for them to stop responding and basically ghost me. The seller tried again until after I lost the home I was referred to another lender to provide me with a new home. They were unprofessional and due to the lack of communication cause me a lot. I reached out recently to the same loan officer which told me he can't provide a refund to what i lost since money is with Guaranteed Rate and would have to send to corporate for review. I reached out to Guaranteed Rate since he no longer works for them and they advised they would not refund since he had me to sign a "intent to proceed", although he dropped communication after I paid and moved to another company. They refused to help and was nonchalant about the incident. I just wanted my money refunded since no services was provided.

      Although I reach out for a resolution and even with my proof. The company still trying to downplay my concern by stating I was denied due to my current home mortgage status. Which i have letter proof from mortgage company that was also provided to Rate that my mortgage was never reported late. I received a secure letter and statement from a ******* at Rate that I will receive a refund because of that. But they never talked to me or request proof to my concerns. So no resolution or anything from the company.

      We had a great experience with Guarantee Rate Affinity. ****** ******** was amazing. She was very easy to work with and very nice to talk to. It made the entire process so much easier and fast. She just seemed like a genuine person who eventually ended up helping us purchase our first home. The experience was very smooth and we would definitely recommend anyone to work with her.

      Buyer Beware on this company. Condescending and unprofessional employees beyond what I've ever seen. I'll spare you the details but it's been a living nightmare from day one. Click right to the next company don't waste even a minute on these con artists.

      Unorganized and condescending. If I could give a negative star(s) I would. They have multiple locations in the metro ******* area. I worked with their office in ****************. Save your sanity and find another lender.

      I was sold the wrong product in August of 2024. After hours of emails and phone calls, the loan processed (not what I wanted) and I wired the money back immediately and I thought all was resolved. Nope! They never closed the loan, and withdraw an auto payment of over $500 on a loan I wired back in full. Now, Im trying to reach them to get my credit report resolved, the loan closed, and my money refunded, and its crickets. Im in tears over this because its affected my credit as well as my finances. Avoid them unless you like getting f**ked over and have money to throw away!

      ****** ***** with Guaranteed came to my partner's home had him sign a contract for a loan on his home. He did not leave him a copy of the disclosure or the signature page. When my partner told him to wait till we were in contact with a house we want to purchase he threatened him by reporting him to the **** for fraud. Mr. ***** then blocked my partner from texting him and has refused respond to phone calls.

      They get two stars because they had information and answers quickly. I asked they to not call me, that I would call them back if I wanted to move forward. I received unsolicited mail from them. They kept calling back and texting. They did not respect my wishes even though I made it abundantly clear. I had to resort to blocking them. Come you guys, get a clue, not cool.

      ************************* located in the *********, ** office is PHENOMENAL! We had everything ready for closing within 15 days of working with *** and his team. They were professional, fast, and efficient. Great customer service and very reliable!

      AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Told I would close (received an email) and then the sales person for the community told me my loan didn't close. I never heard from the lender. I was then ghosted by GRA for several days until my realtor raised a huge stink. The paperwork was wrong (they missed the $10K closing credits, told me one interest rate only for it to be incorrect, and closed a week late because the loan officer messed up). Then, as an apology, they offered me a weekend in ******. That trip was never confirmed by GRA so that was yet another error/falsehood. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
