    My mother passed away in December 2024, ****** Funeral Home referred me to ****** ****** of LJW MONUMENTS. Ordered and paid for a silver flat headstone for my mother in the amount of $2086.55 immediately. Sometime in April, I reached out to ****** to determine when my mother's headstone would be set at her burial site? ****** informed me that the Cemetery only allowed all he headstones to be set starting in May of each year. She then called me again to share that I had chosen the wrong headstone for my mother because where she was buried required and only accepted Bronze headstones in that section. I reached out to *******************************, ******************************* ************* to confirm. I spoke to staff and the Director, ******************** he shared that ****** should have done her due diligence in making sure all things were ready to be completed. At this point, the only thing that ****** provided was the bill and a printout of what my mother's headstone would look like. ****** told me that I would have to order a complete Bronze headstone for another $3000. 00, dismissing what I had already paid. I tried to utilize the silver headstone by donating to another deceased family member at the same cemetery. ****** told me that it would take another $240.00 +$725.00, nearly another $1000.00. After hearing from Mr. ********* and realizing what ****** didn't do, but is trying to have me paid for her enormous mistake, I told her that I wanted a complete refund. She ranted through an email about how great she is to her customers and that the only monies that I was entitled to was only $650.00. At this point I am seeking assistance from you all to encourage ****** of LJW MONUMENTS to refund my $2086.55 so that I can move forward in obtaining a headstone for my mother. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
