5 starsBruno Construction Masonry undertook a $600,000 exterior maintenance of our five-story condominium building, constructed in ****, and located in the **********. The secret to their success is found in one of the owners, ************. From the initial walk through with our architect, during the pre-construction phase when scaffolding is erected and materials delivered and throughout the six-month long project, *** and his crews did a wonderful job! The project included tuck-pointing and the replacement of thousands of bricks, limestone sill replacement, installation of new limestone chimney caps, the removal and replacement of the caulk around all windows. Inevitably, some problems were discovered during the work and we found *** to be fair in establishing prices for the additional work. 5 starsLast summer Bruno did an excellent job on the exterior brick walls of our town home in the Little Italy neighborhood. Work included grinding and tuckpointing of the ****************** wall , repairing cracks in the stonework, re-caulking the perimeter of 3 glass block windows, power washing the black stains and replacing coping with limestone on the top of new flashing system for the privacy wall.
