    I used **** from my Bank account (which I did not know is actualy an owner of the company...But anyways I was purchasing something from a friend(or who I thought was my friend) on line. I zelled the money and within 2 minutes I realized it was not my friend but someone impersonating her. I immediately contacted Truist and **** to stop the transaction and filed a police report in my county(all within minutes of the transaction...see attached docs.. But neither would help until funds cleared my account, which was over ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** my power to stop it once it was realized but due to their lack of implimenting a stop transaction ASAP they could have prevented it. In todays world their security should be more secure in order to track fraud..after all they had to know the account they were sending the money too and could have alerrted that bank to put a hold on funds until it could be confirmed.(I also contacted my friend who said it also happened the day before and she had reported it.
