    On May 16, 2023, I shipped a package at the *** Store at ************************************* in ******* for $26.65. The destination information was clearly printed in the package in large block letters (Picture in supporting documents). Later, I was called that the packaged was returned due to incorrect addressing. I went to the store to see what the issue was, and it turns out the agent of that store put a different address than the one I had clearly written. That new address was incorrect. When I suggested that they should resend the package at their expense I was told I would have to pay full price again. They claimed it was all my fault since in the payment process using a small computer screen, I confirmed the wrong address when paying. I believe this unacceptable to blame me for a mistake that they made. I took the package back home and contacted the *** Store company via filling in a form on their website on May 27, 2023 and later responded to follow up e-mails from them. That resulted in the *** Store saying they had no responsibility in the mistake, and it was all my fault. Therefore, they will not reship the package unless I paid the full amount again. Their mistake in putting the wrong address has caused me several inconveniences. For starters, my package was never delivered. I had to take time out of my busy day to return to the store to pick it up. I also had to spend time filling in webforms and e-mails looking for some compensation. All I have been asking for is for them to reship the package at their expense.
