    Worst company ever, question every ***** and new stories why every time. Paid for physician biopsy read bill on line, and then they wanted receipt from time of service first of all I'm not in the lab when it's being read, second of all I paid with your flex card YOU HAVE THE RECEIPT. Same script line over and over and over. $18.15 charge and they say well it's an odd amount. Between copays, deductibles and coinsurance how could you possibly expect an even amount, it's like they have no clue about the business.

    Absolute worst company on earth to deal with. Took me two months to gat a claim cleared up. What exactly they thought I was spending $78.00 for at my Gastro doctor, I have no idea. I asked if they thought I went in and bought fresh baked pies or something. It is MY money, let me use it for MY medical expenses as I see fit. I should not need to get original copies of anything as proof my doctor performed what is on the claim. This is the first year our company has used these people and I hope to God we don't ever use them again.I will repeat what I first stated:They are the absolute worst company on earth to deal with.Someone needs to shut them down ASAP.

    This company is not willing to do anything for the customer. They made a mistake and all they can say is, "I'm sorry" This is very bad practice on their end. I talked to ***************************, she agreed with me on the mistake that was done on their part but there was nothing that could be done. I don't know if because I'm Spanish they were not able to provide me with solutions but it was very easy for them to overlook their mistake.
