    **** ********** is a General Contractor accepting contracts with the Newport Condominium **************************. He employs multiple individuals to do painting and plumbing. The individuals he uses are not licensed plumbers- botching up pipes and creating plumbing issue - charging astronomical charges. ********** as a General Contractor cannot practice plumbing however he can hire oversee a licensed plumber. The employees are not licensed and ********** is not always present when they are working . His voicemail stays full and so you are unable to contact him to correct poor work. The property manager at the ************* alleges **** *********** information is on file. Its never produced. The property manager says multiple contracts with ********** putting the condo owners at risk. It is believed *** property manager and building engineer are receiving kickbacks by using *********** illegal practice. All plumbers need to show *** unit owners their license. I must remain anonymous.
