      I reviewed a product I use regularly on g2 it was thorough but not ****** time consuming which was great! I received a $20 amazon gift card securely less than 24 hrs after it was done. I will absolutely review with them again if the opportunity arises.

      Company is scam. After submitting a review for software that I use for study program course and received approval for the review. I sent an inquiry to ask if it qualifies for a $10 gift card and they requested for a copy of an email promotion which I supplied to them the copy of the promotion. I waited for few days and still no response, I followed up for an update. Nothing abusive, rude, no caps wording or ill manner tone. Just asking if there was an update on status whether it qualifies or not. No response. Later that day, my account was suspended/banned without any warning or justification to say why I was banned or suspended or violation committed. Who would've thought just sending an inquiry or asking a follow up message would get you banned! This is bad business practice and model that I've ever experienced in this industry, in work, academics or personal. $10 is nothing and no one is begging them for anything. G2 approaches you for reviews and insults you with their bad practice by not even providing respectable support when you follow up them.

      i have a review account on g2.com since many years but since 3 years they banned me and i email them contacted them in a multiple ways that please recover my account as they are not listening to me it was very disrespectful and they have very bad support i want my account back so i again review different softwares which i used i have linked my account with linkedin and my email is ************** plz send me email there and get my query resolve asap

      Scam to get you to fill out company reviews. Received an email to fill out a paid review. After filling out the review I was informed there were no no longer any incentives available. Clearly a scammy practice since it would be very easy to close the survey after all incentives have been claimed.

      This is scam, like everyone else reported and will not pay for the review claiming that they have sent you the incentive via email address. If they truly had, they could simply resend that same email so someone will not redeem the same incentive twice. They won't repond to tickets you open and will close them without explanation. You will have to reset your password to access their website again.
