    We own several rentals throughout the city and have used many services as tenants turn over - I have to say, this has got to be the worst and dishonest company I have ever worked with. On the phone, they seem great and respectable - in reality, the quality of their work is surface level, at best - despite me paying for the 'deep clean' service. We trusted the job was done correct, and with integrity, but when we arrived the next day, the floors and cabinets were still sticky, the inside of the cabinets were not cleaned, and I could go on. We had to clean the entire place again ourselves and the cleaning water was filthy. Upon expressing my disappointment, I received a call from ***** who nearly begged me to make it right and gave me a full credit for the services (to the tune of a couple hundred bucks). I let him know that I appreciated it, but would not be needing his services until my next tenant moved out. He wholeheartedly let me believe that the credit would be available when ready. Now 8 months later, my next tenant left and I reached out to schedule my next service, to where I find out that his ever so gracious and full of **** credit was only valid for 2 weeks. I can assure everyone who reads this here and everywhere I can find out where to post this horrific experience, that if I knew I had a couple of hundred dollar credit that was going to expire in 2 weeks, I'd have happily figured it out. ***** personally knew my situation and deliberately lied by omission and in my latest conversation with him, I find him to be an extremely dishonorable human being. I hope this message is spread far and wide.
