    I booked an appointment through the provider's website on March 25th and paid the requested deposit to hold my appointment. We discussed the ad-ons I would like through text message. The provider then on April 25th, at 3 am, 5 hours before my appointment, cancelled my appointment through the website (I got an email) and then blocked my phone number. This business has stolen money from me and is not responding to my requests to be refunded.

    Its simple, we talked over the phone and she asked to reschedule, didnt come to the second appointment but my site says deposits are non refundable. Crazy in all reality this is a false claim to begin stuff this business is not even stylesbymurda

    I am rejecting this response because: I have never spoke to this provider over the phone. She has ignored all of my calls. I have provided the photos of the only conversations I have had. I never asked to reschedule, This is my first, and only time I have ever booked with this provider. I have provided the text messages requesting information to send my deposit, as well as requesting a refund since I did not cancel my appointmeny. I recieved an email at 3 am the day of my appointment, and there has been no communication between me scheduling, receiving an appointment reminder email the day before, and then the cancellation email. The instagram where I found this stylist says Stylesnymurda (screenshot attached) The website says styles by Murdal. Pretty irrelevant to the situation at hand, as I am reporting the correct provider regardless. 

    There is absolutely nothing false about my claim. I am owed money for a service that was cancelled on me at the last minute, I have provided all of the proof. It's $25, I am not even upset about the money, it's the principal. As a business owner, I would have accepted you offering me another time or day, but cancellation and then not responding to anything is unprofessional and rude.
