    I made a purchase via Four Loko's merch shop (one of their companies) on November 4, 2023. I received the package on November 13th and opened it immediately to find that the sticker pack was missing and one of the hoodies was the wrong size. I replied all to the delivery email (as it said to do) and explained and after a couple days I hadn't heard back so I followed up. (Note at the time I was more worried about the hoodie so I didn't mention the stickers) I never got a response again. Since then I have chatted with people on Instagram, sent messages on ********* LinkedIn, and via my other email address and even via the contact form on their website. I don't see any scenario where none of these messages were getting through and I truly was starting to feel annoying but now it's Christmas and I don't have a gift I ordered almost 2 months early. I've also spent an absurd amount of time trying to get in contact with the company. If you could please help me to either get a refund or the items I paid for I would greatly appreciate it. I attached many screenshots and emails.
