I took my 2005 **** Ranger to Hernandez transmission on 3800 w 79th in *******. They were suppose to rebuild my transmission. And replace my rear differential. I have a picture of my old part. And distinctive markings that was put on by the mechanic showed before the work was done. After the said work was done. And the vehicle picked up. I took another Picture. And its the exact same part still on my truck. And being that the truck still drives the same. I feel nothin was repaired

Heres a revised and concise version of your complaint:---**Tell us about your problem**Despite paying $3,400 to Hernandez ************************************* Auto Service, my vehicles transmission was not repaired correctly. I have returned the vehicle five times under warranty, yet the issue persists. Additionally, my vehicle sustained a significant dent on the door while in their possession, which they initially agreed to repair but later refused. The shop has had my vehicle for approximately two months in total. During this process, I experienced several issues:1. On the fourth visit, a mechanic rudely told me I should be grateful they were honoring the warranty and providing a loaner vehicle, as they are not obligated to do so.2. They attempted to charge me for an unrelated engine gasket repair, claiming it was leaking oil. However, my vehicle never had such an issue, and I declined the additional service.3. On multiple occasions, I was provided with a loaner vehicle only after considerable insistence. The loaner vehicle was in extremely poor condition: the air conditioning did not work, the windshield wipers malfunctioned, the screen and radio were non-functional, the windshield was cracked, and the transmission felt defective. The vehicle eventually broke down while in my possession.Furthermore, the shops representative exhibited aggressive behavior towards my partner during the fifth visit, denying responsibility for the door damage and demanding that we pay for their transmission issues, despite their previous agreement to cover the repair. This series of actions demonstrates not only poor workmanship but also suggests fraudulent practices. I have requested a refund, but the shop has refused. This situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience for both me and my partner.I seek your assistance in resolving this matter, ideally through a full refund and coverage for the damages incurred.Thank you for your attention to this issue.
