    I took my car in for several lights on the dashboard - engine, etc. - for three weeks they held it and every time I called I received a different answer about what was wrong. First it was my brakes, then my alignment, then my diesel converter, then my filter, then they told me none of that was wrong at all and they were using my car to teach a class on diagnostics. I got it back three weeks later after 12 calls in which no one gave me straight answers. When I got it back, none of the buttons on my steering wheel worked, my horn was out, my wheel clicked, and my airbag on the drivers side had obviously been deployed and stuffed back into the wheel. When I called to tell them this after picking it up they assured me it would be free to fix. When I dropped it off they told me since my airbag light had been on when I came in, they would charge me full price for everything. They kept it for another two weeks and many calls. I paid $1300 for them to change the airbag igniter and tell me everything was fixed, only to find out that the cruise control and horn still dont work. They will not discuss with me and remain ********** was my fault even though they have charged me $1500 overall to have a car that is still in worse shape than when I brought it in. Truly I have never had such a terrible experience with a business of any kind. Do not take your car there under any circumstance. even if they were capable of fixing it, they would overcharge you and keep it for weeks.

    Customer dropped off vehicle on december 12 of 2023, vehicle had several errors for engine light and most could not be duplicated. We had to hold car to test drives and try to duplicate issues with customer's approval, customer left out of town and returned the 28th of December. During the time the vehicle was kept problems could not be duplicated, customer was contact to drive vehicle ************* and bring car back once problem persisted. During the visit one of the codes preset was for errors with the steering column, which was there prior us working on the vehicle. Customer returned January 24 of 2024 for the concern of buttons not working with steering column. After diagnostic it was noted air bag igniter and clockspring needed replacement, both internal parts to steering column. After a few days of discussion with customer the  ********************** was approved, vehicle was kept again until repairs were completed.  It is new to hear that customer is still having issues with the horn and cruise control, components where operational after repairs. Our service and repairs all come with 24 month or 24k mile warranty, customer can bring back vehicle for warranty work. Difference now from first visit is that we have work on concerns in the most recent visit and it should be under warranty. Car was kept for several days on previous repairs due to many variables from repair shop and customer not been in town, but we can accomodate a better repair time if needed and expressed by customer.
