Horrible Experience! I regrettably hired No Job Too Odd LLC (******* ** *** *******) to move me from Wilmington, IL to Chenoa, IL. The information to hire was passed to me from my father, who generally had a experience and highly recommended them. As time passed, ******* and I had a couple amicable conversations at which time it had been agreed upon that we would hire him for the move at $2,000. In the duration of the conversation, I had agreed to assist with the light moving and advised I would also be moving some items from my 1200 square foot home to the new home in Chenoa a couple days before to prevent his company from moving my tools from the shed. On today's date, 02/28/2023, we had a conversation via text at which time he indicated he would raise "adjust the rate, and felt the budget was too small for the amount of work he had to do. He additionally mentioned that the brief conversations we had costs money and eluded that I should be charged for the phone calls. (This is like charging someone for restaurant reservations for their time). I emphasized that we could move Sunday evening and that we could depart my residence first thing in the morning which we had spoken of previously, but not agreed on. No mention of changing the rate was mentioned by ******* until today 02/28/2023, 12 days before my move. He then threatened to not execute the job agreed on and hung up on me after I threatened to report his ratings to reflect his behavior. Subsequent to the conversation, he sent me a text not apologizing and said he would "make it work and chalk it up as an experience." I advised I was no longer interested in his service. He then contacted my 69 year father via telephone and advised him of our disagreement. (Highly unprofessional). His response was: "I was trying to resolve the situation, but you are obviously a jackass." He then indicated the following: "I guess your Dad is a liar and a crook." ***CUSTOMER/BUYER BEWARE!!!***
