    I had PSD ************* for a couple of years. I called them and paid the bill for three months $90. I called to canceled the service. I was transferred to another representative to cancel my service. I paid $90 and they offered to only refund $53.00 I told the company that the $53.00 was ok. Later that day I received a call from PSD ************* informing me that I wouldnt give me any type of refund. The person that call me had a very bad attitude and unprofessional. I ask to speak with the owner and the owner was very unprofessional with me. I also spoke with husband who is also the owner and he was very unprofessional.

    To whom it may concern,

    This letter is in response to the complaint filed by *******************************. We provide trash service on a 3-month basis billed in advance. *********************** received her bill a full 15 days before the due date of the bill. *********************** paid her bill 3 days before the due date over the phone with no problems. She then called back 10 days after the start of the billing cycle and requested to cancel her service because she had found a cheaper company. She was informed that we do not provide refunds and that all transactions are final. She was told that we send bills out in advance so that customers can make a change with their service before any charges are incurred.*********************** was informed that we would love to provide the service to her until the end of the billing cycle and she would be free to change companies.She was very combative and did not like that response. *********************** has since called to resume her service and use up the remainder of her money with our company. I would just like to reiterate that we consider our service a 3 month subscription service. Just like any other subscription service, when you cancel your service you are officially cancelled out after your money runs out. You do not get a refund for cancelling in the middle of the cycle. We have this stated clearly on our bills for this reason.
