    On July 23 2025 I went to get my eyebrows done for a wedding I was in. When I got there an older lady did my brows while she was threading I told her it hurts she said Im almost done. When she finished my left brow my shaped different she took off to much hair. Another lady came over and said she can try to fix them but she couldnt so she put tint on my brows to try to make them even. While she was applying the tint to the right eyebrow told her it burns she said it will go away. Then she did my left brow I said it burn really bad now. She said it will go away. So I sat for a while with the tint on my brows then the lady came to clean me up. I told her I was not satisfied but I paid and left. When I woke up the next day I noticed i had a big scab on my left eyebrow so I went back up to the store and showed the manager she gave me ********* and the lady who did my brows came over and said Im sorry but sometimes this happens. This has never happened to me before. There are no signs up saying its possible that the thread will cut you and it will burn and leave you with a scar. If I had known this could happen I wouldve never came here to get my brows done. On July 23, 2025, I went to get my eyebrows done for a wedding I was in. Then, she did my left brow, and I said it burned really badly now. She said it would go away. So, I sat for a while with the tint on my brows, and then the lady came to clean me up. I told her I wasnt satisfied, but I paid and left. When I woke up the next day, I noticed a big scab on my left eyebrow.
