Paid for a liner replacement on our pool on April 27th 2025 for $987.05. Was told it would be between the middle to end of may, which was totally fine. Only problem was that on May 14th we hadn't heard from the owner on an install date. Over the next 10 days I texted 4 times, called 1 time....with no reply at all. That's when I looked online and saw that this guy had done the same thing to other people. At that point I sent an email asking for a refund, which wasn't replied to either. The job was never going to get done and I would like to get my money back.

I own a above ground pool i bought from ***** ****** 3 years ago. the pool wall ended up with a hole in it and the wall was still under warranty. I hired a pool installation company "Waterscape Pool Services" owner ******* ****** on 4/8 to do the install for me. They did and once completed started to fill up with water from my hose. i paid them, asked for a receipt since i paid cash and was told he would get me one which he has yet to do after multiple request. I have text and communication of him showing up and doing the work. as i began to hook up the pump and filter i notice a huge dent near an upright. and then i called *******, he told me to stop filling the pool and he would come fix the issue the next day. he sent 2 guys over 2 days later to try and fix it. his workers told me that we probably have to drain it to fix properly. I called ******* the owner and he told his workers not to drain it, and he would come and "work his magic" . his magic was beating my pool with a hammer trying to pound out the dent causing even more damage to the pool wall. he calls me tells me it’s fixed and that he will start to fill it up all the way. i get home from work pool is full and I went look at the dent that was there prior. he tried to cover with my river rock around the pool the damage he caused. I moved back the river rock and noticed the new damage caused to the pool. I called ******* multiple times before reaching him and he says he will make it right and sends a guy to drain my pool again. Since then, he has told me twice he was coming the next day and never showed up and has started to refuse my calls and won't answer my text. it has been a week with no solution proposed. I call 3 other pool companies to look at the damage and let me know if it is fixable or if a new wall is necessary. All 3 said if the wall is not replaced it will cause problems in the near future and the structure has been compromised.
