    I am a recipient of subsidized housing and I rent my current unit from Black Forest Properties LLC in ***********. I have been reaching out to the property manager by the name of ****** ******** for months with concerns of dangerous repairs that needed to be done to my unit via text as well as the tenant portal. The management company always promises to come out and fix these issues that make my unit inhabitable but they have yet to fix these issues. Therefore, the management company is out of compliance with the agreement they have with the subsidy program ****, that I receive assistance from. Moreover, I recently had my annual inspection with the subsidy company **** and my unit failed due to the negligence of the management company and **** gave the landlord 2-3 weeks to resolve the issue however the management team failed to resolve the matter, which resulted in abatement of payment from ****. The very next day after receiving the notice of payment abatement the property manager placed a notice on my door indicating refusal of resigning my lease which is up 9/30/24 and this incident happened on or about 8/20/24. The property manager is now threatening to take me to court if I am not vacated by 9/30/24. I am currently looking for a new home however, there is a process that has to be done by **** that will grant my move and Black Forest Properties LLC is fully aware of that process. Due to the circumstances Black Forest Properties LLC has placed myself and my family in I have not been given an adequate amount of time to relocate. In addition, I feel retaliated against by Black Forest Properties LLC amongst other things due to the abatement of payment by HACC as a result of Black Forest Properties LLCs failure to provide a habitable environment for myself and my family to live in.
