Left the center horribly bruised, needle in my left arm lifted up from my skin. Was **** in the other arm to complete the donation. The left arm was left bruised and swollen and ended up with a hematoma. A manager in training initially stuck me. Another worker came and manipulated the needle because the flow was not good. The manager in training wiggled the needle again. I feel as if they were both competing to see who would get the needle the right way. I felt like a cadaver, not a person. Only paid $30 for this horrible experience. Have been icing my arm for 2 days, the swelling is still present. Forced to come back by the weeks end to have a chance to earn $70. Came again, was screened, only to be told I have to see the nurse so they can document the bruising. And they are short a nurse so there are 7 people waiting to see the nurse. I spoke to the manager here, who listened to my concern. She said I still had to wait on the nurse with the line. The experience is humiliating, frustrating, etc. This occurred at the Richmond location in *******************.

Horrific experience! I honestly did not want to even give a 1 star, but was forced too. They should have negative stars!!!! I came in at 7am to donate, I have never had an issue before. I use to donate regularly in 2020-2021, I have not been in awhile because the last time they hurt my arm, so I decided to stop. Well, I will never go back ever. First, tech ****** messed up and had to call a supervisor, ***** (I believe her name is) for my left arm, jamming & wiggling that needle & of course the machine kept beeping, so they are like lets do your right arm. Never in my life with doctors appointments & even 4 pregnancies has my arm ever done this, this is ridiculous. I just think they need better training or something & hope this doesn't happen again. I do have pictures of my arm if you need them

The staff is overworked and I realize this. Like many I donate plasma for the extra money. Throughout the years I have met many staff members and have not had a problem with any of them. I took a break for a few years and decided I could use the extra income. Slowly with in the last 3 years I have noticed some of the staff is very short with me. I am introverted and keep my conversation to a minimum. I am very friendly and used to gab a lot about funny things but now it is just a friendly hello. There are now 7 different employees that seem to actually hate me. Why? I barely talk. One is newer she was amazing at first and I looked forward to her because the other woman that has been there for a while is known for hating people. This newer gal is tall and a larger woman with dark hair seems actually hateful.A month ago a woman was very mean because I sat in the wrong section by accident. I felt stupid and humbly apologized but that must have put me on her S*** list for life, Another young man just a few weeks ago yanked out my needle ripped off my cuff and punched the bandage on. Ok that was shocking to say the least. I made eye contact and said, "hey?" with a smile and he ignored me. If the employees are now treating the donners like garbage shouldn't that be addressed? I am not asking them to braid my hair or ask me to dinner but don't hurt **** would rather have them ignore me then be spiteful. I don't go there looking for friends.I asked around the onset of the pandemic if they had hand sanitizer (Before the mask mandate) I was looked at like I was an idiot and told if I get the virus anywhere it wont be there. I see they have a lot of it there now. I have pointed out to one person that one of the stickers I didn't say which one might not like it here. She guessed who it was. After that this woman and others treat me like garbage. I wish there was a way to address it with out feeling like they will know it's me and retaliate.

1 lof the Supervisors and 1 of the managers are Harassing and bullying me to this day! Ive been a fateful donor at the ******* BioLife Center, located on ******************, in *******, **., for over a year now! Now, this where things go from pleasant to uncomfortable for me! May 11th, Im there to donate plasmaWas put in yellow section, since there was no one in that section that I felt comfortable sticking me, I told the texts I will request either ******* or *****! Theyre both familiar with my vein.I waited for over 30 minutes!I see that were busy helping other donors.I started getting irritable and thought it be best to go to them!I tried to sneak and get the card I needed, but got caught! One of the tech that I know set me straight. She explained how we donors are not allowed to touch the cards and I told her I didnt know and I was sorry! One would think that be the end of it. Right? Wrong!May 14- cant check in at Kiosk Told to wait for supervisor, supervisor tells me sit in nurses area, it was busy, so I waited a long time. We both go in office, she tells me the reason I blocked for checking in, because I have a deferral/warning placed on me! I ask why, she says because I was being rude the day of the incident! I said I wasnt being rude, she tells me I was, because she was there! She was very unprofessional in her demeanor! The way she moved her head and leaned in on the desk as she was talking! Very hostile and bully like! She didnt even allow me to explain why I switched cards! It upset me, so I vented to my tech who was assessing me! Said nothing mean, didnt even know the supervisors name! Thought that was that, how wrong I was.May 18th- blocked again from checking in on kiosk Been told by supervisor Ive been deferred/warned for talking/discussing about the deferral. This woman has made this persona and abusing her position to harass me! Trying to control what I talk about Being a bully! I think shes racist

@BioLifePlasma BioLife Plasma is completely UNETHICAL. I’ve been to see them 3 times and they reject me each time due to bogus reasons. I got a doctor’s letter the last time and they still turned me away. If you want to hear more, write to me here. #biolifeplasma #unethical #scam #gwinnette #Kenessaw #doraville #georgia
