      The worst company I have ever worked with. For ************************************************************************* autopay without our authorization after we stopped paying our bill due to no service. Even after cancelling our service I am told that we signed up for a subscription, which I cannot get removed off our card.

      ZERO STARS! TERRIBLE !! - DO NOT USE!! - You will never get your services timely, overcharged, and then will not cancel, and continue to send you bogus bills for services they have not performed. I have made over 10 phone calls, all stating they are going to help and someone will call back to confirm. NEVER receive call back, just repeat invoices for service AFTER we cancelled LAST YEAR 2023. Still getting invoices. STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE!!

      I cancelled my service and continue to receive invoices for services not preformed. I even have a Ref# from when I cancelled the service. I have called customer service, and they refuse to pass my call to management (even though I believe I will be lied to). I have had 3 long phone calls over this, at this point I feel they should be billed for my time and returned invoices that I refuse to pay.

      I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE FOR OVER A YEAR BUT CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED FOR SERVICES THAT I DO NOT WANT. I AM NOT UNDER ANY CONTRACT, BUT THEY STILL CONTINUES TO BILL ME. THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY ARE ESCALATING TO SOMEONE ELSE BUT NEVER RESOLVES THE ISSUE.

      Feeling better that we are not the only company that has had an absolutely awful experience with stericycle. I have called over 10 times since April to cancel our account, each time being told it will be taken care of and we will get a call back. We have not received one call back. I called four times last week as we received a letter from a collections company for our bill- each time requesting to speak to a supervisor and never being able to. We were told they would call us back and they never have. There is no way to get a hold of a supervisor or upper management to ensure this is resolved. AWFUL experience!

      You cannot speak to anyone with English as a first language. Any customer service case you create gets marked by them as resolved with no resolution. You never get called back. We cannot access training reports. RUN for the hills from this company.

      Total Harassment Experience with Stericycle/Shred-it I had an extremely frustrating experience with Stericycle/Shred-it that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, I have been subjected to ongoing harassment that has severely affected my peace of mind and my day to day ************* the beginning they were ok, I think they were sold several times and the company that governs their actions is more than just a cluster mess. Ever since I cancelled and paid in full my invoices I now receive unwanted calls, aggressive communication, or threatening emails. Despite my efforts to resolve this by reaching out to their customer service multiple times, the harassment continued without any resolution.The lack of accountability and support from Stericycle/Shred-it is concerning. I expected a reputable company to handle customer interactions with professionalism and respect, but this was not my experience.I caution others to be aware of the potential for harassment when dealing with Stericycle/Shred-it. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I strongly simply do not do business with this company but if you choose to or are already working with them I recommend documenting all interactions and seeking assistance from professionals or consumer advocacy groups.

      Absolutely the worst service company we have ever worked with. Their accounting department is somewhere out in left field.. We have sent them 39 payments in 36 months and they are still telling us we are missing 4 payments during that time period. How does that happen? I have been trying to cancel our service since July when they sent us to collections. I sent every payment processed though our bank for the last 3 years to the collection company. The collection company was reasonable and closed the account against us. ********************** continues to bill us every month even though I have called multiple times, each time being assured the account will be processed for closing. They are idiots!

      WOW!!! This makes me feel a little betterwe are not the only ones dealing with this! We canceled our account with these folks at the beginning of the year. They continue to send statements and are now in collections! Don't waste your time with these people (or robots)!! You can't get through to anyone!

      This has been the most frustrating situation to deal with. I have been trying to resolve an issue regarding our services. We signed up for services but called to cancel immediately after two weeks of waiting for proper containers to operate. Despite several calls and long waits on the phone to reach a manager, our concerns have yet to be properly addressed. I hope this review makes any administrator aware of the ongoing problems with their customer service.
