      I reached out to them to lower the services and to lower our price but when I found a cheaper company he then came back and stated that in order to get out of our contract (which the contract is expired, no new contract has been signed since 2017) so technically we are not in contract he told me it would be $5,739.90 and suggested I just sign the contract for ****** a month.I even asked for the latest signed contract with their company We DO NOT want their services anymore, they are not a good company The retention specialist I have been emailing back and forth is ******* ********

      Signed contract for sharps ********************* after speaking with sales respresantive ******. Asked ****** about the cancellation policy. Was informed that I needed to give them a 30-day window for cancellation of service. I signed the contract in the beginning of February. I emailed my sales respresentavie and called multiple times due to not receiving the sharps container to place my sharps in for removal. After speaking with customer service and an email from ******* I was told that my container would be dropped off on Fridaty, March 7, 2025. I only recieved two shipping boxes, no sharps container. I called and emailed my sales *** ******* no ***onse. I called stericycle to cancel my service due to not being able to receive the apporopriate supplies to conduct this service. I also requested my payment of $150 that was mailed. I was told by a cutomer service *** that I would receive a call from another ***. I received a call from ***resntative today and was told that I could not receive my money back and that I would owe $1425 for an early cancellation fee. I was also told that I would need to but a sharps container and they do not provide one. I explained to the customer service *** that my sales *** stated that I would receive a container to place my sharps in for removal. I explained to them that their business tactics are fraudalent and misleading. I requested to cancel my service. I did not utilize the service at all and made an early payment of $151.00 for nothing. I explained that I was not able to partake in the shaprs removal service and I shouldn't have to pay an early termination fee for services not rendered. Also, the contract does not specify an early termination fee in a $ amount.

      I would stare clear of this business at all cost necessary. They have extremely fraudulent and misleading services. We utilize them for our biohazard medical waste pickup and they have failed to pickup our boxes in 3 months. When we called to inquire about a pickup, they scheduled one-- then again, did not show up. Their manifest states that our business "was closed". However we are open 13 hours a day. The dispatcher simply did not show up on 3 seperate occasions- leaving us with solid ****** boxes in our practice. When I called to inquire, they mentioned the dispatcher said our business was closed. Which was untrue. They are now refusing to refund for services that were never rendered, because of our subscription plan. Although per the contract we are supposed to have monthly pickups. They breeched the contract agreement and still refuse to credit our account. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! THEY ARE THEIVES AND UNTRUSTWORTHY.

      Stericycle has charged monthly for a service they have never been able to provide. They are contracted by my business to collect medical waste and sharps every 6 months. Over the past 2 years they have alleged a driver was dispatched to do so, but no contact was made to coordinate this pickup, no agent of Stericycle ever communicated there were issues with the pickup, and ultimately every attempt I have made to resolve this has ended with Stericycle hanging up while I was "on hold," or being told "a contract team member will contact you," but no followup ever occurs. As of November 2024, I have directed my bank to charge back all payments after the second time Stericycle failed to followup regarding this issue. To this day no resolution has been reached, and just today (February 27th, 2025) an agent of Stericycle called in an attempt to have us pay the balance, but offered no help in resolving our outstanding complaint and told us, once again, that an agent on the contract team would reach out.

      I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES COMPLAINING. WE HAVE NO PICK **** WE ARE A VERY SMALL BUSINESS AND ASKED FOR ONCE A YEAR. **** @ ************ CALLED ME TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I GOT AN EMAIL ZEROING OUT OUR ACCOUNT AND HE FIXED THAT SOME HOW WE HAD TWO ACCOUNTS. WEIRD. HE SAID NO MORE ISSUES AND TO CALL ONCE A YEAR FOR PICK UP. A WEEK LATER THE ***** CAME IN AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. I CALLED TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT OPEN AND BE DONE FOR GOOD. STILL NOT CLOSED AND HAVE TICKET NUMBERS. SPOKE WITH MAY, THE TEAMLEADER, TODAY BUT I HAVE MY DOUBTS THAT THIS WILL BE HANDLED. NICE ENOUGH PEOPLE, BUT THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH ANYTHING. THEY MAKE EMPTY PROMISES AND THEN CONTINUE WITHOUT FIXING. LETS LIST 5 THINGS YOU HAVE DONE FOR US.

      I am rejecting this response because: 
      AS OF TODAY, 4.3.2025, AFTER PAYING OFF THE BALANCE OF THE STATEMENTS THEY SENT OVER, WE CONTINUE TO BE BILLED, AFTER BEING TOLD WE WOULD HAVE BOTH ACCOUNTS  CLOSED ASAP AND NO MORE BILLS. THEY CALL TODAY AND I'M LIVID. I CAN NOT BELIEVE A COMPANY OPERATES THE WAY THEY DO AND NO IS IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE. 

      I'M BEYOND ANGRY AT THIS POINT. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO GET THEM TO STOP.

      I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of our account due to ongoing service issues that have caused significant problems for our company.Account Details:Account Number: ********** Company Name: *** Legal Recruitment Address: *************************************** In recent months, especially during our office move, we scheduled several document shredding appointments with your company, but the services were never completed, even though we received confirmation emails. As a result, sensitive documents were left unsecured, leading to a penalty charge from our building management.Because of your failure to provide the service, we had to hire another company to handle the document disposal, costing us $884.22. We are requesting a full refund of this amount.We spent a lot of time on calls with your customer service team, but the service we received was terrible. We were misled multiple times, and nothing was ever resolved. The constant lies and lack of action have been incredibly frustrating.Please have a senior manager contact me to resolve this matter. Our experience with your customer service has been unsatisfactory, and we would like this issue addressed as soon as possible.If this is not resolved quickly, we will have to take further action, including reporting the issue to authorities and seeking legal advice.

      Incorrect **************************** refer to uploads, specifically my 11/2/24 email, which is located within the "Printout of email for BBB" document.The only communication I receive from Stericycle are emails and phone calls regarding my "overdue account."

      I am the *** of The **************************************. Stericycle breached their contract and did not perform the job they were commissioned to complete. They have been harassing us incessantly for payment, and this needs to stop. We were forced to hire another company to complete the job.

      Stericycle is our biohazard disposal company. They have missed several pickups to our office in the past year. Attempting to get someone on the phone who can take action is nearly impossible. This year alone, the missed our 1/9/25 pickup and the 1/23/25 we had inclement weather so they came to pick up our boxes on 1/30/25. The driver only took 2 of the 6 there. Then on 2/6/25 I saw the Stericycle truck in front of our building and waited for the driver to come in. Then I saw him drive away. He never entered our office and the forged an employees signature and stated we had no boxes. So according to our contract, they can charge for this. We still have 6 boxes stacked to the point it is an OSHA and *** hazard. We have no room to put anymore. I have attempted to contact our account manager *** several times and left him 2 messages with no response. I spoke to customer service 4 times and have had no managers return a call. **************** can not get in touch with the local office. They are still billing our company. And now state theyll be back on 2/10.

      Stericycle had a contract to pick up medical waste from my dental office twice a year, they have not completed a pickup in almost 2 years but have continued to bill me. I called to request a pick up and they instead terminated the contract saying the only way for them to do a pick up is to resign a 5 year contract with them. I have called them multiple times over the last few months and have not gotten a response beyond them saying their invoice is valid. All I would like them to do is pick up the waste they were paid for from 2023/2024 and also to stop collection efforts on future services.
