    Dear Better Business Bureau Representative, I am writing to formally file a complaint against Bella Tree Services regarding damage they caused to my property on August 6, 2025, during a service call arranged by my neighbor. On that date, Bella Tree Services was contracted by my neighbor to remove a dead tree limb that extended over my fence line. Unfortunately, during the removal process, the company failed to exercise proper care and allowed the limb to fall directly onto my fence. This impact caused damage to my fence. Immediately after the incident, I contacted Bella Tree Services to address the matter. However, my interactions with the company have been extremely unprofessional and unproductive. The representative I spoke with has been confrontational, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for the damage. Despite repeated requests, I have been denied the opportunity to speak with a manager or the owner of the company. Furthermore, the representative has been evasive and has provided no commitment or resolution regarding compensation for the repairs needed to my fence. My position is straightforward: Bella Tree Services is responsible for the damage caused to my property, and I am seeking compensation to cover the necessary repair costs. To date, the company has not made any effort to resolve this matter appropriately. I respectfully request the Better Business Bureaus assistance in addressing this situation and ensuring that Bella Tree Services takes responsibility for their actions. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in helping me obtain a fair resolution.
