    The booking was made on 4/20/24 her name is ******************************* and she stated she only took ***** so I had my son ***************************** send her the deposit of $192 after I Apple paid him $195. No further contact was made til the 2 days before the event on 6/6/2024. I texted no response 6/7/24 called several times and texted. The party was booked for 6/8/2024 at 1p originally but then changed to 5p. Several calls were made and texting that Saturday the day of my grand daughters party. I finally received a text from her at 4:30pm apologizing and wanting to reschedule for the next day. I basically said its not happening were here now it was a hotel party. No response was made after that from her. I then called several times on Monday 6/10/24 No answer but on Wednesday 6/12/24 I called 2xs but I was blocked.

    I hired this business in December 2023 to host a birthday party at my house for my 6 year old. The party was supposed to be January 20. I communicated with the business owner over text primarily but had a phone call and email exchange as well. I paid a deposit of $312.50 (50% of the service- she wanted 100% up front but I said no) via Venmo. I confirmed the party details the week leading up to the party. The morning of the party no one showed up and there has been no explanation other than some cryptic email (to which I replied and asked for a refund). I asked for a refund over email and Venmo and have not received it. Business owner went by ********************************* or *******************************.
