    THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AS A HOME OWNER.WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SIMPLE TWO MONTH KITCHEN RENOVATION IN 2022 ENDED UP BEING A ***** THREE YEAR HEADACHE THAT FINALLY ENDED IN 2025. MORITZ SERVICES NOT ONLY FAILED TO LIVE UP TO EXPECTATIONS AS A CONTRACTOR BUT HIS CONTRACT AS WELL. WALKING AWAY FROM THE UNFINISHED PROJECT THAT INCLUDED IMPROPERLY INSTALLED FLOORS, KITCHEN HOODS, AND DUCT WORK ALONG WITH DAMAGES TO A FIREPLACE THAT WAS NOT PART OF THE ****** MORITZ SERVICES DEMANDED PAYMENT AND EVEN THREATENED A LEAN ON OUR HOUSE WHICH HE FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH, FORCING US TO LAWYER UP. LONG STORY SHORT, MORITZ SERVICES ENDED UP SETTLING OUT OF COURT FOR THE REMAINING COST TO FINISH THE WORK ON OUR HOUSE.
